- Unused and Unworn: The shoes must be in new condition, unworn, and free of any signs of use (e.g., scuff marks, dirt, or damage).
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes and tags, must be included with the return.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If the shoes do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return.
